In May 2023 me and my friend Falk made a trip trough the “allgäu” to find that special man in a oldschool way by knocking on doors. A week later we visited him again, to get to know him without a camera crew.
In June 2023, we started that project with such a handsome man.
This Documentary will be published in Summer 2025 and we can´t wait!

Synopsis:
In a small town of 4,000 inhabitants in the Allgäu region lives a craftsman named Konrad Stoll, who dedicates himself to an ancient art—the craft of violin making. Each of his instruments is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece, but Konrad is more than just a maker of instruments: he forges his own tools and shares with us the importance of patience, devotion, and humanity.
This is a film about tradition and passion, aiming to showcase the enduring significance of traditional craftsmanship and why it cannot be replaced by machines.
